Today I woke up with the privilege of being able to breathe the air around me and for it I thank God and the universe for giving me abundance in my health, thanks for the unlimited oxygen I can receive to breathe this morning!
An average person consumes around 11,000 liters of oxygen every day, that is equivalent to 11 m3 of oxygen. Nowadays, we see in the news, on television, on social media that the cheapest price you can find to recharge oxygen is 15 soles per m3 and that is equivalent to investing paying S / 165 a day for oxygen or S / 1,155 soles per week o S / 4,620 soles per month-not counting the rent of the tank itself, the transportation and the installation to set and to connect to our lungs.
Sometimes we don't appreciate the things we have, we go and enjoy ourselves until someone puts a price on it, or someone develops a whole system of hoarding and selling.
Let us be grateful every day for what we have: a healthy body to be able to move, a house where we can take shelter, a bed where we can sleep, a family, friends with whom we can trust and share what happens to us.
This photo was taken in 2008 when I traveled to Wyomming, USA for work. I was doing and enjoying doing a field job in the Jackson Hole Mountains - it was the closest experience I had of being so close to nature for over 2 weeks and enjoying breathing pure oxigen.
