How to improve harmony in your home through Feng Shui
The origins of Feng Shui (wind and water) can be traced back 5,000 years in China. In the Chinese empire this aesthetic was a matter of status in which only royal and nobel construction had access to its application.
According to the legend a Chinese emperor was taking a bath in the Yellow River when he saw a turtle coming out of the river perched at his feet, the emperor noted that in its shell had drawn a diagram with dots and dashes.
The emperor called the wiser men around the country to interpret the meaning of the diagram until one of them could decipher the enigma.
The diagram is a grid of 3 by 3. Each square has a number and if horizontal, vertical or diagonal rows add up the sum that always gives 15.
Similarly, each number has a color, an element and plays a role in the harmony of the home.
This square is called the magic square or Luo Shu square and in which the Feng Shui are based, to keep the harmony.
